Hush Hike from Ionad an Bhlascaoid

This will be a walk with a slightly different focus to our usual walks! It will be a mindful walk with an invitation to walk in silence for much of the route. We will walk at the usual pace but allow ourselves occasional pauses.

You will have the opportunity to engage in a few simple mindful practices along the way-bringing attention to the body in motion, becoming aware of sights and sounds around you. All in all an opportunity to immerse yourself in the nature around you without the added distraction of conversation.

However, given that the social aspect is a hugely important part of club walks, silence will be dissolved for the latter part of the walk and we will finish with a cuppa in Ionad an Bhlascaoid.
