Start Point: Inch Beach Car Park@ O.S. Map 70 Q

Leaving the car park, we turn left on the main R561 road before immediately turning right uphill. After a short climb we again turn right at a junction to continue walking along the Dingle Way. This section of the walk is along a pleasant fuschia clad boreen.  Soon we reach the eastern shoulder of the hill at Inch East and begin heading towards an unnamed peak over heather covered ground. The climb is rewarded by views of Inch Spit and Castlemaine Harbour. Heading in a northwesterly direction we reach a second unnamed peak before eventually arriving at Brickany Hill at 374 meters. From here we have views west to the Blasket Islands and south to the Iveragh Peninsula and the Reeks Mountain Range.

Our walk continues in a southwesterly direction staying south of a forest until we reach a fence at Maum.  Making our way over a bit of a tricky fence we turn downhill back onto the Dingle Way and head in an easterly direction through pleasant lanes and boreens until we arrive back to our cars at Inch Beach.
