Curaduff – Gearhane Loop

We will begin this walk at Curraduff, Camp on the Dingle Way. We head off from 80m and climb Knockglass Mór 281m.  We will cross 2 streams and follow the river bed to An Géarán 782m.

Derrymore valley will lie to our right. A steep descent down to Killelton will bring us to the path of the Dingle Way and we will walk along through the remains of what once was a famine village and a beautiful wooded are. We will have an opportunity here to visit the 10th century oratory before making our way back to Curraduff.
